2.1 Product Descriptions

2.2 Product Availability

Items in our “Last Chance Clearance!” section are final sale and non-returnable. Other products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.

4.2 Shipping Options

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary due to location and customs processing.

4.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

5.1 Return Policy

• 15-day return window from receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Original packaging and proof of purchase required
• “Last Chance Clearance!” items are final sale

5.2 Return Process

2. Include order number, item details, and reason
3. Wait for return authorization

5.3 Refunds

• Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
• Original shipping costs non-refundable
• Bank processing may take 5-10 additional days

5.4 Exchanges

We’ll ship replacements after receiving returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

5.5 Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange free replacement or refund.

6.1 Account Security

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
